1. How to Register?
To participate in e-Auction, you must register on the website.
Process:
1- Open website www.wbfpms.com
2- Click on ‘BIDDER REGISTRATION’ link.
3- Please read instructions very carefully and press Continue button.
4- Select your registration type.
5- Fill the complete form.
6- After submission of all your record, it will be redirect to the payment gateway.
7- After completion of payment, you will get an acknowledgement slip.
8- Wait for account activation (Approval from WBFDCL).
9- After approval, you can login with your valid Username and Password.
2. Minimum Eligibility criteria?
1- PAN Number and scanned copy (Photocopy) of Pan Card (Maximum size 500 KB).
2- VAT/CST Number and scanned copy (Photocopy) of VAT/CST Document ( maximum size 500 KB)
3- Valid E-mail id.
4- Valid Mobile Number.
3. How to confirm if the registration is successful?
When you get a SMS and E-mail from WBFDCL regarding to account approval, this means that your registration has been successful.
4. What is the significance of password?
For registration in e-auction process the bidder should choose a secured password and should never share it with anyone.
5. Do I need to deposit EMD for each auction separately?
EMD can be paid only one time. A bidder can participate any E-Auction conducted by West Bengal Forest Development Corporation Limited.
6. Forgotten password: How to retrieve the same?
A bidder must click on forgot password option in login panel. After clicking on forgot password option, Bidder must put his/her valid Username, then new password will be automatically forwarded to his/ her account.
7. Can I change my mobile number?
Yes.
8. Can I change my user id?
No.
9. Can I change my secondary email id?
Yes.
